For the past 2 days now my left arm has been hurting and tingling. I also have pain on the left side of my chest, in the left side of my back, and in the left side of my neck. I know a lot of you have this symptom...how long does it usuall last for you? What relieves it? I have tried stretching, laying down, asprin...nothing seems to help.

I have just had the exact same symptoms for 3 weeks. Nothing i did got rid of the pain. I honestly thought at one point i was having a heart attack, the pain in my let shoulder was awful, but thank God, the pain has now subsided on its on.

All i can say is bare with it, i will go. The tingling i know is unfortable, but in my experience the more you focus on it, the worse i becomes.

Sorry i am not of more help.

Hello, sweet! Sorry to hear you are in pain and I thought I would let you know that you are not alone. My left arm, shoulder, neck, and chest always hurt. The doctor started me on Propranlol hoping to ease the chest pain in April, but I have only had 3 pain-free days thus far. My arm, neck, and shoulder pain seem to have benefitted from it, though. They do not seem to ache or tingle as much any more. Hope you feel well soon......Dianna
